Candidates for licensing should take this review course prior to sitting for the exam. It is assumed that attendees will have completed most, if not all, of the required 30 hours of pre-exam educational program. The presentation will be in two parts. Both National and California specific topics will be discussed.

Russ Marshall is the owner of Marshall Fiduciary Services. He is a registered professional conservator and trustee and a California Certified Fiduciary. He was elected President of PFAC in 2002-2003.
Prior to entering private practice, Russ was the Manager of Estate Administration for the Santa Clara County Public Guardian. He served as President in 1993-1994 of the California State Association of Public Administrators/Guardians/ Conservators.
Russ is certified by the National Guardianship Association as an Approved Educator. He is a Certified by the Center for Guardianship Certification as a National Master Guardian.
