Gary Freedman-Harvey, PhD, is a licensed psychologist with over 25 years of experience, specializing in geriatric forensics in the assessment of mental capacity, decision-making, and susceptibility to undue influence. He conducts mental capacity evaluations for legal purposes: conservatorship, will contests, trust litigation, elder abuse, undue influence and scams/victimization. Dr. Freedman-Harvey collaborates with PFAC members, CAC/PVP attorneys, and assists both the Probate and Mental Health courts in five counties of California.
