Ricsie M. Hernandez is a San Diego attorney employed by the law firm of Brierton, Jones & Jones, LLP. Ms. Hernandez focuses her practice on probate, conservatorship, guardianship, and trust administration matters. Ms. Hernandez has presented to the State Bar of California and the Professional Fiduciary Association of California on topics including withdrawing life sustaining treatment, fiduciary powers, and sales of real property.
