The safety of our members and guests is PFAC’s overriding priority. PFAC continues to monitor the developments of COVID-19 and its impact on events and gatherings. As the coronavirus pandemic continues, we are following guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and local health authorities. In order to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and reduce the potential risk of exposure, we ask everyone to follow the event expectations below in order to keep everyone safe and healthy.
- Face Masks – Masks are required in all public areas in the hotel and conference areas.
- Social Distance – Please keep a safe distance from others as much as possible.
- Hand Sanitization – We ask that you wash hands frequently and use hand sanitizer to protect yourself and others around you.
- Health – Please come symptom-free and use best hygiene practices while in attendance.
The Hotel del Coronado has worked diligently to ensure guest safety and has outlined guidelines to aid in keeping guests and hotel staff safe during the pandemic. Refer to their What to Expect During Your Visit page for more information.
Our hope is that no restrictions are in place and we will be able to hold the conference as planned. In the event we are unable to gather in large groups, we will have overflow rooms at the hotel and livestream the general session and breakouts to these rooms. If state and local governance determine we are not able to physically gather, the conference will become fully virtual.
This page will be updated as circumstances change. Feel free to reach out to the PFAC state office with any questions.
